Cascade Locks Oregon

Cascade Locks is one of the communities that make up the Columbia River Gorge.

There are many recreational activities available in and around town. Many of the most popular activities center around the Columbia River, such as windsurfing, waterskiing, sailing and fishing. Of course one need not take to the water to have a good time, many other outdoor activities are available in the area; hiking, camping, and cycling are also very popular. There are some great scenic drives in the gorge, and Mt. Hood, and Mt. St. Helens are both within range for a day trip.

Cascade Locks is situated just 40 miles east of Portland on Interstate 84, where many residents commute to work and do their shopping.
